About Alpha Leader Cadet Corps
Learn about Alpha Leader Cadet Corps (ALCC), a veteran- and former first responder-led youth program in Oklahoma, Wisconsin and Illinois. We use military-inspired structure, discipline, and leadership training to build confidence, teamwork skills, responsibility, and strong character in a safe, educational, and fully civilian environment.

Military-Inspired, Not Military-Enlisted
ALCC uses uniforms, structure, drills, and teamwork exercises similar to a cadet program β but it is not the military. Itβs a civilian leadership organization built to teach life skills. Our leaders bring real-life discipline, integrity, and service values to the program, helping teach cadets respect, teamwork, and resilience. Everything we do is designed to build confidence, leadership, discipline, communication, teamwork, and responsibility.

A Program For Growth
ALCC is designed for young people and their families who want a structured, disciplined, and supportive environment that helps build strong character, leadership skills, confidence, and teamwork β without any obligation to join the military. We offer a safe, values-based program focused on respect, responsibility, accountability, community service, and leadership development in a civilian, youth-focused setting. It feels official, professional, and purpose-driven β without the downsides of official military programs.

What Makes Alcc Different?
ALCC is veteran- and former first responder-led, ensuring real-world discipline, accountability, leadership experience, and service values. Unlike many military-style programs, service to the community is central to ALCC, with cadets participating in volunteering, local events, support projects, community improvement, service hours and missions. Cadets learn citizenship and responsibility, not just discipline.
"Alcc gives youth a sense of belonging and identity through uniforms, structure, ceremonies, achievements, ranks, awards, and leadership roles."
