Welcome to ALCC Cadet Bootcamp
Cadet Bootcamp is the starting point of every Alpha Leader Cadet Corps journey.
This is where new cadets learn the fundamentals — discipline, respect, teamwork, structure, and the core values that define our Corps. Our bootcamp is fully civilian, family-friendly, and led by veterans and former first responders dedicated to developing strong leaders.
Bootcamp gives every new cadet the foundation they need to succeed, both inside ALCC and in everyday life.
