Training for tomorrow's leaders
Discover how Alpha Leader Cadet Corps (ALCC) training builds confident, disciplined leaders through safe, structured, military-inspired programs. Our programs are designed to safely build discipline, leadership, confidence, and real-life skills through structured, military-inspired activities — and that every program is created to help cadets grow, not to push them toward the military.

More than just training
At Alpha Leader Cadet Corps, we provide more than just military-inspired training. We are civilian led, meaning cadets get uniforms, ranks, drills, structure, and teamwork, but they are never pushed toward joining the military. This is about life skills, not enlistment.
Civilian leadership, veteran guidance
Our training programs are uniquely guided by veterans and former first responders who bring real-world experience in teamwork, discipline, leadership, and service. Cadets learn from adults who actually lived these values, gaining insights that go beyond textbooks and lectures.
Real life impact
A shy cadet with low confidence grew into a strong, responsible leader after learning discipline, teamwork, and communication through ALCC training — and the changes showed in school, at home, and in his everyday life. We give youth the structure and discipline of a military-style program, but in a safe, positive, and fully civilian environment.
